These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of GrowMyStars, a software service operated by Hunka LLC (“Hunka,” “GrowMyStars,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using GrowMyStars, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use GrowMyStars on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. The GrowMyStars Service
GrowMyStars provides software designed to assist local businesses with review collection, customer feedback, review monitoring, AI-assisted review responses, notifications, integrations and Google Business Profile management.
Features may include:
- QR and NFC review workflows;
- automated review-request workflows;
- private customer feedback;
- Google Business Profile integrations;
- review retrieval;
- review alerts;
- AI-assisted response drafting;
- review-response approval workflows;
- publication of authorized review replies;
- Google Business Profile content management;
- integrations with Zapier, CRMs, field-service systems and other software; and
- related analytics and administrative tools.
Some features may be experimental, in early access, limited to certain customers or dependent on third-party API approval.
2. Eligibility and Business Accounts
GrowMyStars is intended primarily for businesses and their authorized representatives.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and for ensuring that your employees, contractors and other authorized users comply with these Terms.
You must promptly notify us if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
3. Google Business Profile Authorization
Certain GrowMyStars features require you to authorize access to Google Business Profile or another Google service.
You represent that you have authority to connect and manage each business account or location you authorize GrowMyStars to access.
GrowMyStars will use Google data only as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable Google API requirements.
You may revoke applicable Google authorization through your Google account or through available GrowMyStars functionality.
Some GrowMyStars functionality may stop working after authorization is revoked.
4. Review Collection and Review Integrity
GrowMyStars is designed for authentic, non-gating review collection.
You may not use GrowMyStars to:
- hide the public review option from customers based on sentiment;
- route only satisfied customers to Google;
- prevent dissatisfied customers from accessing a public review option;
- suppress or manipulate legitimate negative feedback;
- create fake reviews;
- impersonate customers;
- purchase reviews;
- offer incentives in violation of an applicable platform policy or law;
- submit reviews on behalf of customers without authorization; or
- otherwise manipulate review systems in a deceptive manner.
GrowMyStars may provide both a public review option and a private feedback option.
The private feedback option must not be used as a mechanism to remove the public review opportunity from customers based on their sentiment.
You are responsible for ensuring that your review practices comply with applicable laws and the policies of Google and other review platforms you use.
5. Customer Communications
If you use GrowMyStars or a connected integration to initiate communications involving your customers, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate legal authority, consent and permissions for those communications.
GrowMyStars' standard business-owner SMS program described below is separate from custom projects in which a business may use its own telephone number or messaging account to communicate with its customers.
Any customer-facing messaging integration may require additional configuration, carrier registration, consent procedures, terms or fees.
6. AI-Assisted Content
GrowMyStars may use artificial intelligence to create suggested review responses, content drafts or other material.
AI-generated material may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, inappropriate or otherwise unsuitable for your business.
You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it or publishing it when an approval workflow is provided.
You should not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive information to AI-assisted features unless the feature is expressly designed and authorized for that type of information.
GrowMyStars does not guarantee that generated content will produce any particular marketing, ranking, reputation or business outcome.
7. SMS Messaging Program
Program description
GrowMyStars may send SMS messages to business owners, prospective GrowMyStars customers and authorized GrowMyStars users who have affirmatively opted in.
Messages may include communications relating to:
- a requested GrowMyStars demo;
- an early-access request;
- account activity;
- service notifications;
- Google review alerts;
- review-response approval links;
- review-management reminders; and
- related GrowMyStars service activity.
Consent
Where SMS consent is collected through a website or application form, it is collected separately through an affirmative opt-in action.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or account creation.
Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.
Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on account activity, review volume and the GrowMyStars services you use.
Charges
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your wireless plan.
Opt out
You may stop receiving GrowMyStars SMS messages at any time by replying: STOP
After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation message.

Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider.
Mobile information
Mobile information and SMS consent information are handled according to the GrowMyStars Privacy Policy.
SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Integrations and Third-Party Services
GrowMyStars may interoperate with services operated by third parties, including Google, Zapier, Housecall Pro, Twilio, Stripe, OpenAI and other providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, APIs, availability and policies.
GrowMyStars does not control those third-party platforms and cannot guarantee that any particular integration will remain available.
A third-party provider may modify, restrict or discontinue an API or feature at any time.
We may modify GrowMyStars functionality as necessary to accommodate those changes.
References to third-party products do not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless expressly stated.
9. Early Access Features
GrowMyStars may make features available on an alpha, beta, pilot, preview or early-access basis.
Such features may:
- change without notice;
- contain errors;
- have incomplete functionality;
- be unavailable from time to time; or
- be removed before general release.
You should not rely on an early-access feature for a mission-critical purpose unless separately agreed in writing.
10. Subscription and Billing
GrowMyStars may offer free, early-access, trial or paid plans.
When a paid subscription is offered, applicable pricing, billing frequency and material plan terms will be presented before purchase.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase:
- subscription fees are charged according to the selected billing period;
- subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled;
- taxes may be added where required;
- you are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method; and
- fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Early-access pricing and features may differ from later public pricing.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not use GrowMyStars to:
- violate applicable law;
- violate the rights of another person;
- send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized communications;
- distribute spam;
- collect or process data without appropriate authority;
- interfere with GrowMyStars infrastructure;
- probe or circumvent security controls;
- introduce malware;
- scrape GrowMyStars except where expressly authorized;
- access another user's account without permission;
- misuse third-party APIs;
- manipulate public review systems;
- misrepresent affiliation with GrowMyStars; or
- use the service in a manner likely to harm GrowMyStars, its users or third parties.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms.
12. Your Content and Data
As between you and GrowMyStars, you retain applicable rights in content and business information you provide to the service.
You grant Hunka LLC the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, transform and display that information in order to provide GrowMyStars.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to provide information you submit to the service.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. GrowMyStars Intellectual Property
GrowMyStars, including its software, branding, design, documentation and original content, is owned by Hunka LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted through these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or create derivative works from GrowMyStars except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law or expressly authorized by us.
14. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or product feedback, you permit Hunka LLC to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not give us ownership of your confidential business information or personal data.
15. Service Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
GrowMyStars may experience maintenance, third-party outages, API failures, security events or other interruptions.
We may add, change or discontinue functionality as the product evolves.
Where practical, we will seek to provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting paid customers.
16. No Guarantee of Reviews, Rankings or Business Results
GrowMyStars provides software tools.
We do not guarantee:
- a specific number of reviews;
- a particular average star rating;
- improved Google rankings;
- increased revenue;
- customer acquisition;
- search visibility; or
- any other particular business outcome.
Customer responses and third-party platform behavior are outside our control.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWMYSTARS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
HUNKA LLC DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNKA LLC AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO GROWMYSTARS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNKA LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO GROWMYSTARS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO HUNKA LLC FOR GROWMYSTARS DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
If applicable law does not allow a limitation above, that limitation will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
19. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hunka LLC from third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from:
- your unlawful use of GrowMyStars;
- your material violation of these Terms;
- content or data you provide without appropriate authority;
- your customer communication practices; or
- your manipulation or misuse of public review systems.
20. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using GrowMyStars at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- material violation of these Terms;
- non-payment;
- legal requirements;
- security risks;
- fraudulent activity; or
- misuse likely to harm GrowMyStars, users or third parties.
Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms end, except provisions that by their nature should survive.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves.
The effective date at the top indicates the latest version.
For material changes affecting existing paid customers, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or GrowMyStars will be brought in the state courts located in Forsyth County, Georgia, or in the federal courts having jurisdiction over Forsyth County, Georgia.
