Connect Google Business Profile
Sign in with Google and authorize the business locations you want GrowMyStars to work with.
GrowMyStars uses authorized Google Business Profile access to retrieve locations and reviews, manage approved review replies and support Business Profile content features.

Choose where review requests begin
Review invitations can start from a QR code, an NFC tap or an automated business workflow.
A customer scans a QR code at checkout. A homeowner taps an NFC stand after a completed service. Workflows can connect tools such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, HubSpot, HighLevel, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets and Excel through Zapier, APIs and automation methods where available.

Every customer gets the review option
The review experience is intentionally non-gating.
Every invited customer can choose to leave a public Google review. GrowMyStars may also provide a separate private feedback option so customers can communicate directly with the business.
Private feedback does not replace or hide the public review option.

GrowMyStars watches for new reviews
Connected Google Business Profile reviews can be retrieved into GrowMyStars so the business does not have to manually monitor every location.

AI helps prepare the response
GrowMyStars uses AI to prepare a response draft based on the review and the business's configured tone and preferences.
AI provides the starting point. The business remains responsible for reviewing the response before publication when approval is enabled.

Review, edit and approve
Get notified by email when a new review arrives, with optional SMS alerts for faster attention. Open the secure link, make any changes you want and approve the response.

GrowMyStars publishes the approved reply
After approval, GrowMyStars can publish the reply through the authorized Google Business Profile connection.
